Purpose

The reason for this blog is share some of the tools that I have been using to help me along. There is a great deal of information out there -- sometimes a bit too much, it seems. That's why I believe I might be helpful. I enjoy reading things with a scientific orientation and, as a former chiropractor, I have experience with teaching health principles.

The topics I expect to explore include:

  • Simple techniques to give you an energy boost.
  • Understanding your energy cycles
  • Nutritional information: there is so much information and mis-information out there
  • Dealing with chronic pain
